• Business name and details (for Cleaners)
• Property details (for Hosts)

Usage Data

• How you interact with the Platform (pages visited, features used)
• Job history, ratings, and reviews
• Communication logs between Hosts and Cleaners

Calendar Data

• Booking information imported via iCal links (guest check-in/check-out dates)
• We only access the data necessary to schedule cleaning jobs

Photos

• Cleaning verification photos uploaded by Cleaners
• Issue reports with photos

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform services
• Match Hosts with appropriate Cleaning companies
• Process job scheduling and tracking
• Send service-related notifications and updates
• Improve our Platform and develop new features
• Provide customer support
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Between Hosts and Cleaners: When a job is created, relevant information (property details, checklist, contact info) is shared between the parties involved in that specific job
• Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and safety

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Cleaning verification photos and job records may be retained for up to 12 months after job completion for quality assurance purposes.
