When you schedule a cleaning through GleamShift, a 20% service fee is applied on top of the cleaner's price. This fee covers platform access, job matching, real-time tracking, and quality assurance. The cleaning company sets their own prices and receives 100% of their rate.

How are cleaning companies paid?

You pay the cleaning company directly for their service price after the job is completed. GleamShift facilitates this by providing payment information and allowing you to confirm payment within the app.
